PERSONAL HARDSHIP
For us, this journey began with hardship. David grew up in a family burdened by financial turmoil due to his father's battle with bipolar depression.
At age 27, life took a devastating turn when David's father took his life. The stresses his mother faced left a lasting impression, leading to a life-changing decision:
"Money is going to work for me. I am NOT going to work for money."
PATH TO FREEDOM
With faith and determination, we sought guidance, and eventually, we found our path to freedom through real estate.
Over the past 14 years, on a part-time basis, we’ve acquired over 73 properties valued at over
$10 million dollars...
Most of these purchased with none of our own money!
Our portfolio now generates multiple six figures per year in rental income. Not a single property has been a loss....No hit and misses....Just consistent success, allowing us to live life on our terms and help others do the same.
